Our practice is located at 123 North 4th Street near the corner of 4th and Pine Street, adjacent to the bridal store. There is ample parking available next to our building and a bus stop directly outside our office. Led by Melissa Tolstikhine, Au.D, our professional providers are committed to providing a personalized, patient-centered experience. We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
