Hearing Care Services in Tehachapi, CA
Changes in hearing often show up in familiar settings first, like trying to follow a conversation or catching parts of speech in busier settings. That’s why we provide audiologic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and ongoing care to help understand what you’re noticing and what options may help.
No two people experience hearing in the same way, so care is customized around what benefits you. Recommendations and follow-up support are based on how you communicate and get through your day, not a fixed routine.
If you have hearing loss, the next step is determining which hearing aids are right for you. Modern hearing aids are available in a wide variety of styles and have advanced features like Bluetooth connectivity. We’ll help you find the best technology and fit for your unique needs and preferences.
More on Evaluation for Hearing AidsOnce you’ve selected a hearing aid model, you’ll need to schedule an appointment to have it fitted to your ear. This process ensures the hearing aid is as comfortable for you to wear as possible and that you’re getting optimal performance from it. This will also be an opportunity for you to discuss your new hearing aids with a professional and ask any questions you may have about them.
More on Hearing Aid Dispensing & FittingHearing aids can last anywhere from three to seven years, but following proper maintenance routines can prolong their longevity. Our office can help you care for your hearing aids – whether you need preventative care or minor repairs. We are equipped to make in-office repairs and can serve as a liaison should your hearing aids need more extensive work.
More on Hearing Aid Repair & MaintenanceIf you’re unsure about whether you have hearing loss, we can help by performing a wide variety of hearing tests. These include speech testing, bone conduction testing and air conduction tests, among others. We can also help with industrial hearing screenings if your workplace requests these. The data that we get from your hearing tests will let us know whether you have hearing loss and, if you do, what the best course of treatment is moving forward.
More on Industrial Hearing ScreeningTinnitus can be a difficult condition to live with, but there are steps you can take to improve it. We offer sound therapy, tinnitus retraining therapy and other forms of care, such as helping you choose a hearing aid with a tinnitus-masking feature. We know how frustrating tinnitus can be, which is why we’re committed to finding you the ideal relief method.

Choosing a hearing aid is about finding something that fits how you go about your day. We’ll walk you through options with features that can help with listening, like clearer focus in conversations or easier charging routines, depending on what matters most to you. The conversation stays simple and centered on what you need, not technical overload.
Once you’re fitted, we make sure everything feels right and functions the way it should. As you start wearing it in different environments, adjustments can be made so it continues to match your hearing. Support doesn’t stop after the first visit – it’s there whenever things need a small update or fine-tuning.
