Meet Chelsea Peterson

Chelsea Peterson has been in the hearing health industry for over 15 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology in 2009, and her Doctorate of Audiology in 2013.  She has been a Cochlear Provider Network Member since 2020.

When she was 7 years old, she said she wanted to work with the deaf and hard of hearing for a school project. When she got to college, she saw how hearing aids helped her father socially and at work to continue doing what he loved. Audiology enables her to provide that same help and success to her patients every day.

Her favorite thing about being in the hearing health profession is making a connection with her patients. Hearing loss is something people will deal with for years, and she loves being part of their journey and helping them to be successful. She enjoys counseling patients and their families on the importance of communication in all aspects, not just hearing aids.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping and traveling in the summer, and ice skating and skiing in the winters, with her husband, son, and 2 dogs.
