A family-friendly suburb within the Phoenix metro area, Mesa is surrounded by the stunning desert landscapes of Tonto National Forest and is a destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Our office is in the Entrada Executive Plaza on South Higley Road, across the street from Lowe’s. We are a quick ride off of Highway 60. Led by Jaime Silva, BC-HIS, our team of providers is committed to the highest standard of patient care. We are open for appointments Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
